PROVEN IN PRACTICE

A 20-year-old patient enhanced her smile with five months of aligner treatment, combined with in-aligner whitening to correct uneven tooth colour. Whitening was completed in the final three weeks using Pola 16% carbamide peroxide gels, with no additional treatment time required. Shade improved from A2 (A3 on canines) to OM2 (bleach shade). The patient experienced minimal sensitivity and was able to maintain her usual aligner routine throughout.
